From 2021 on, the municipality of Rheden (NL) will be implementing changes to their climate policy to align with the Regionale Energie Strategie (Regional Energy Strategy, or RES) of the greater area of Arnhem-Nijmegen. To announce these changes to the public, who would have had their say until 2021, I was asked to create an animation that would be in line with their existing corporate identity.
The animation was created in After Effects using vector images.
